Kansas Required Salesperson & Broker Core: BRRETA

The objective of this mandatory course is to become familiar with the Kansas Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act which became effective on October 1, 1997.

Objectives:

• Obtain a working knowledge of terms contained in the BRRETA
• Identify the duties and responsibilities associated with each type of agency addressed in the BRRETA
• Understand and utilize the proper forms and procedures in order to avoid legal action and unethical behavior
• Use the BRRETA as a guide in your agency relationships
• Know and act upon the rules of disclosure associated with each type of agency set forth in the BRRETA
